该成果带动湖北大学理学基础学科跨越发展,基础学科研究生培养质量显著提升。硕士、博士生招生规模逐年提升,生物、化学、物理学研究生平均就业率超过90%(表1)。五年中,学生参与研究项目近3亿元;高水平论文超500余篇。国家奖学金、优秀硕士毕业生、省级优秀硕士学位论文逐年增加。学生不仅专业精深,而且具有家国情怀,疫情时期展现社会担当,多名研究生参与湖北大学的康复驿站被广泛报道,在读研究生参与科技助力抗击新冠,获得新冠快速检测专利并发表高水平论文。
